I wanted to talk about a lot of things in this post, but decided to keep it brief mainly due to time constraints. Changes in my professional life have developed over last two years so I no longer have the time to maintain a blog on my own. Or my website, FB or anything online. Farewell Jeannie’s Blog, Hello Whee! The People.
This blog will become a cooperative effort with me and hundreds of my friends. Ok, maybe not hundreds, but close. People will be coming and going. No bio’s here (I have deleted mine) just, Whee! The People. I have collected bright, thoughtful, creative people who care about working on their stuff. My people are varied like engineers, doctors, therapists, teachers, designers, crafters, artists, bloggers with different talents and personalities. Some will fly their freak flag here. (I know who you are). Our readers are welcome to do the same.
(“the people, the people, the people, the people, the people”-name that movie).
I will still be the Director of the Playground or DOTP. We may have to discuss that at the next blog meeting or BM.
The Categories will change. Some already have. Still hammering those out. I will continue to post my occasional words of wisdom, new art beads/jewelry for sale, Echo Creative Club, Do Over Challenge, etc. Things no one cares about.
The sidebar will change over time. The people writing for this blog will put stuff there.
The Blogroll has been removed off the sidebar and up into a tab
Contact Me has changed to Contact Us and will still go to my email, so it’s important you address your email to the correct person in the subject line and message box. Each blog post will have the individuals first name, nickname, whatever name [only] at the end of their post.
There may be things posted here you don’t like, may even offend you, but I’m not going to monitor or put constraints on what is posted. The only thing I’ve asked my people NOT to post is personal or private things or pictures about themselves, loved ones, etc.
Oh, and no porn. Sorry “Larry.”
This blog will be a constant work in progress. Any input is always welcomed. Frankly I was going to abandon it all together, but I committed to another year of Echo Creative Club.
We look forward to hanging out with you here.
