This has so much space for photo and I made two tags per page for journaling. Large photo mat under the tags and inside the pocket.

The flap to the left folds in and out and has another pullout photo mat inside that flap. To the right, journaling tags with large photo mat and another one inside the pocket. There is also space to use behind the tags.
